Clayton Perks has worked in education and health care for over 40 years. His qualifications include a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Science, Masters of Chiropractic.
Leanne Perks was a flight attendant with Ansett Airlines for 12 years. Leanne then raised our three children in the UK and on the Gold Coast, and worked in the family healthcare business throughout. She has extensive experience in disability care as our son Sam who is now 27 years old has severe autism. Leanne has been Sam's primary carer during this time.
Kimberley is extremely passionate about helping those with psychosocial disabilities and mental health issues in her community.
Kimberley understands it isn’t helpful nor therapeutic having a new worker show up at your door each week and this is something she aims to radically minimise.
Kimberley comes from a background in Youth Work, OOHC, Case Management, Disability, Mental Health and Communities and Justice. Kimberley has qualifications in Social Science (child and community), Youth Counter-Terrorism (Juvenile Justice), Youth Work, and Trauma Crisis Intervention.
Kimberley owns and runs Sunflower Services out of Newcastle, also offering NDIS mental health support.
Brad is the founder of the SA Lifestyle Village Group, specialising in Retirement Living construction and operation for over 25 years. Brad has been providing affordable living and creating compassionate communities to enhance people’s lifestyles in retirement.

Adding 27 years in the Hospitality industry as a hands on Director and owner of over 20 regional Hotels, Brad has successfully used the same philosophy in all his business operations ‘People first’.
Collaborating with his daughter Kimberley Perks founder of Sunflower Services he has created Starfish Services on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
